Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held for the purposes of receiving a final account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and the conduct of the winding-up and, determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
