Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at KPMG, 8 Salisbury Square, London EC4Y 8BB, on 13 September 2002, at 10.30 am, for the following purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and hearing any explanations which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member who is entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a Member of the Company.
