Notice is hereby given under Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that it is the intention of the Liquidator to declare a First and Final distribution to Creditors in respect of the above-named Companies. Creditors who have not yet done so are requried, on or before 24 September 2002 (the last date for proving), to send their proofs of debt, in writing, to the undersigned, Richard Victor Yerburgh Setchim, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, the Liquidator of the Companies, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. It should be noted that, after this date, the Liquidator has the right to defray any outstanding expenses of the winding-up from the assets of each Company, and to make any distributions which they may think fit, without further regard to Creditors claims which were not proved within the above-mentioned period.
