Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Members of Frank Monkman Limited will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young LLP, Cloth Hall Court, 14 King Street, Leeds LS1 2JN, on 16 September 2002, at 10.00 am, to be followed at 10.30 am on the same day by a Meeting of Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of enabling the Liquidators to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted; granting the release of the Joint Liquidators, R D Fleming and S Allport; allowing the Liquidator to give any explanations that he may consider necessary; authorising the Liquidators to destroy the books, records and papers of the Company, as permitted by statute. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at Ernst & Young LLP, PO Box 61, Cloth Hall Court, 14 King Street, Leeds LS1 2JN, no later than 12.00 noon on 15 September 2002.
