Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of 3iP Limited, Unit 1, 56 Pickwick Road, Corsham, Wiltshire SN13 9BX, on Wednesday 11 September 2002, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively. The purpose of the Meetings is to receive the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether she should be granted her release. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote in his place.
