THE BRENT (PRESCRIBED ROUTE) (NO 4) TRAFFIC ORDER 2002

1. Notice is hereby given, that the Council of the London Borough of Brent on 5 August 2002, made the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of, and Part I of Schedule 5 to, the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order will be to compel the left turn into Kenton Road from Gooseacre Lane. 3. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 19 August 2002, and a map of the relevant area can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at: (a) The One Stop Shop, Brent Town Hall, Forty Lane, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 9HX; and (b) The One Stop Shop, Brent House, 349-357 High Road, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 6BZ. 4. Copies of the Order may be purchased from the address mentioned in paragraph 3(b) above. 5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
