THE CAMDEN (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) (SPA) (AMENDMENT NO 85) TRAFFIC ORDER 2002

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden, on 31 July 2002, made the above-mentioned Orders. The details of which were previously published in The London Gazette and local paper on 28 June 2002. The general nature and effect of the (Bus Lane) Order will be to introduce a new “with-flow” Bus Lane in Theobald’s Road, as shown in the table below. The general nature and effect of the Waiting and Loading Order will be: to amend existing restrictions in Theobald’s Road to correspond to the new additional proposed times. to introduce new at any time waiting restrictions in that part of Highgate Hill on the south-west side, from the northern kerbline of Dartmouth Park Hill north-westward for a distance of 38 metres. to introduce new 7.00 am to 10.00 am and 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm, Monday to Friday, loading restrictions in that part of Highgate Hill on the south-west side, from the northern kerbline of Dartmouth Park Hill north-westward for a distance of 14 metres. to introduce new at any time waiting restrictions in that part of Haverstock Hill on the north-east side, from the southern kerbline of Rowland Hill Street south-eastward for a distance of 33 metres. to extend the existing motorcycle bay in Arlington Road. A copy of the Orders, which will come into force on 19 August 2002, a plan and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Orders, may be inspected/purchased during normal office hours at the Environment Reception, Fifth Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ. Any person wanting to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof have not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
