THE BARNET (DISABLED PERSONS) (DESIGNATED PERMIT PARKING PLACES) (NO  ) TRAFFIC ORDER 2002

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers. The general effect of the Order will be to change an existing disabled parking bay to a designated disabled parking bay for the use of the resident of No 747 Finchley Road. This will make it an offence for any motorist who does not display the appropriate permit to park in this disabled bay, this includes disabled badge holders. A copy of the proposed Order, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected, between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays excepted) inclusive for a period of 28 days from the date on which this notice is published, at: (a) Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ; and (b) The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the London Borough of Barnet (Traffic Section) on 020-8359 4343. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a written statement explaining their objection to the Traffic Section, London Borough of Barnet, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ, within 28 days of the date of this notice.
