PROPOSED STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAYS AT CLEMENTS ESTATE, HAVERHILL, SUFFOLK

Notice is hereby given that an application will be made to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Acton Lane, Sudbury, Suffolk, on Friday 6 September 2002, at 11.00 am, by St Edmundsbury Borough Council, as agents for Suffolk County Council, the local highway authority for an Order that certain lengths of highway at Belmont Court, Chester Court and Landseer Court shall be stopped up on the grounds that the said lengths of highway are unnecessary. A plan showing the areas of highway to be stopped up may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Haverbury Housing Partnership, Lower Downs Slade, Haverhill, between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9.00 am and 4.00 pm Friday.
