Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EX, on 3 September 2002, at 10.00 am, to be followed at 10.15 am by a Final Meeting of Creditors for the following purposes, that the Meeting approves the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, and that the Meeting approves the closure of the Liquidation.
