THE HARINGEY (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (NO ) TRAFFIC ORDER 2002

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey, herinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991.
2. The general effect of the The Haringey (Prescribed Routes) (No ) Order 2002 would be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter in to:

(i) Stirling Road from Dunbar Road.
(ii) Perth Road from Dunbar Road.
(iii) Lordship Lane from Acacia Road.
(iv) Lordship Lane from Winkfield Road.

3. A copy of the proposed Order, of the above-mentioned Order of 1994 (and Orders which have previously amended that Order, were applicable) and of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order and a plan showing the locations and effects of the Order may be inspected during a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, during normal office working hours at Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, Hornsey London N8.
4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, Room 112, Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, London N8 9JJ, within 21 days of the date on which this notice is published.
