NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Salvesen Logistics Limited, of Salvesen House, Lodge Way, New Duston, Northampton, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 7/34/19/RG/0100, which authorises the abstraction of water from borehole at National Grid Ref TM 5235 9423 (previously TM 5235 9427), at Christian Salvesen Foods, Mobbs Way, Oulton Broad, Lowestoft, Suffolk. The variations being applied for are to increase the current daily licenced quantity from 1,809 cubic metres to 3,500 cubic metres to cover industrial processing (vegetable), existing annual licenced quantity to remain the same. A copy of the applications and any map, plans and other documents submitted with them may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Christian Salvesen Foods between 3 May 2002 and 31 May 2002. Any person who wishes to make representations about the applications should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Anglian Region, Cobham Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 9JE, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
