ARGONAUT HOLDINGS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members of Argonaut Holdings Limited will be held at the offices of Leonard Curtis & Co, One Great Cumberland Place, London W1H 8LE, on Friday 19 April 2002, at 10.00 am. The purpose of the Meeting is to have an account laid before the Members by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 94(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986) showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also to determine by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the Liquidator may dispose of the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator. A Member entitled to vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member. J J Schapira, Liquidator 18 March 2002.
