NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given that the Authority has pursuant to the above-mentioned section this day cancelled the registration of Whitfield and District Rabbit Clearance Society Limited (Reg No 15628 R), the registered office of which is at c/o Berringtons, The Estate Office, The Vallets, Wormbridge, Hereford, Hereford and Worcester HR2 9BA, at its request. The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
