Notice is hereby given that the Instrument of Dissolution of Shepton Housing Association Limited (Register No 27270 R), the registered office of which is at 14 Market Place, Wells, Somerset BA5 2RE, was registered on 28 February 2002. Within three months from the date of The London Gazette in which this advertisement appears proceedings to set aside the dissolution may be commenced by a Member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the Society.
