Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of the Members of RJ Stone Limited, will be held at Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford SG14 1HH on 9 April 2002 at 10.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before it by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member.
