COURIER OPTIONS LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 27 Peterborough Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 2BZ, on 15 March 2002, at 10.30 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act, namely to have laid before it a statement as to the affairs of the Company, to nominate one or more Insolvency Practitioners as Liquidator or Liquidators, and if thought fit, to appoint a Liquidation Committee, and to pass any other Resolution necessary, including where relevant, the basis on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. Andrew James Nichols, of Redman Nichols, 27 Peterborough Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 2BZ, is a person qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the Company and, during the period before the day on which the Meeting of Creditors is to be held, will furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at 27 Peterborough Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 2BZ, no later than 12.00 noon on 14 March 2002. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, Creditors will not be entitled to vote unless their proofs have been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. While proofs may be lodged at any time before voting commences, Creditors intending to vote at the Meeting are requested to send them with their proxies. Unless they surrender their security, secured Creditors must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the Meeting.
