NOTICE GIVEN UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL AVIATION (AIRPORT CHARGES) (SALE OF DETAINED AIRCRAFT) REGULATIONS 1991

Blackpool Airport Limited, the aerodrome authority for Blackpool Airport, gives notice that it proposes to apply to the High Court for leave to sell the aircraft listed below.

By reason of default in payment of a sum due to the authority for airport charges, the authority, on the dates specified above, detained the aircraft specified above, under section 14 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982. Unless payment of the sum so due is made within a period of 56 days from the date when determination began, or within 21 days of the date this notice is published (whichever shall be the later), the authority will apply to the High Court for leave to sell the aircraft. You are invited to inform Blackpool Airport Ltd, in writing, within 14 days of the date this notice is published, if you wish to become a party to proceedings on the application for leave to sell the aircraft. If you so respond it would be helpful if you could identify the aircraft in which you have an interest, and the nature of your interest, in your response.
