Notice is given that the partnership formerly subsisting between us be undersigned Robert Jones and Linda Jones, of The Smithy, Higher Perth, Ellesmere and Russell Henry Jones, of Greenhill Farm, Ellesmere, Shropshire carrying on business as farmers at Greenhill Farm aforesaid under the name of “R Jones and Sons” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31 May 2001 and that all debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by Russell Henry Jones who shall continue to carry on the said business as a sole trader.
