Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of Tourisme Verney UK Limited will be held at RSM Robson Rhodes, 186 City Road, London EC1V 2NU, on 16th July 2001, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it by the Joint Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member.
