Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 29-30 Fitzroy Square, London W1T 6ET, on 21st May 2001, at 12.15 p.m., to be followed at 12.30 p.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors. This is for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members and Creditors showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and property of the Company disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidators’ shall be disposed of. Also it is intended that the Liquidators will be released from office at the conclusion of these Meetings. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. P. A.
