Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at HLB Kidsons, 27 Osborne Street, Grimsby DN31 1NU, on Monday, 11th June 2001, at 1000 hours, to be followed by a Final Meeting of Creditors at 1015 hours, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up.
