In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 1848 of 2001 In the Matter of KEN MORSE ROSTRUM CAMERAS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 19-29 Woburn Place, London WC1H 0XF, presented on 15th March 2001 by John D. Travers, Supervisor of the Voluntary Arrangement of BKR Haines Watts, Sterling House, Maple Court, Maple Road, Tankersley, Barnsley S75 3DP, claiming to be a Contributory of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 23rd May 2001, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
