In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Leeds District Registry  No. 1281 of 2001 In the Matter of HILLCREST (EM) LIMITED (t/a Hillcrest Piggeries) and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, of 7 Saint John Street, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire NG18 1QH, presented on 21st March 2001 by CPL Petroleum Limited, of Central House, Beckwith Knowle, Otley Road, Harrogate HG3 1RF, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS1 3BG, on 10th May 2001, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
