Services (Northern), 3rd Floor, North West Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4AA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9th May 2001, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
