Notice is hereby given, that the Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Castle Way, Southampton, SO14 2BW, on 5th June 2001, at 11.30 a.m. The Meeting is called under the provisions of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, to receive the Liquidator’s account of the conduct of the winding-up, and to hear any explanations he may give. A Member who is entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. The person who is given the proxy need not be a Member. S. J.
