(t/a The Garden House Restaurant) Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BDO Stoy Hayward BR, Eighth Floor, Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester M1 5AB, on 30th May 2001, at 10 a.m. in respect of Members, and 10.15 a.m. in respect of Creditors, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and deal with the Resolutions relating to the closure of the Liquidation. Any Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her, and such proxy need not also be a Member or Creditor.
