A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, to determine whether the Liquidator is entitled to receive remuneration for his services in attending to matters arising in the winding-up, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 986. The Meeting will be held at The Freemasons Hall, 36 Bridge Street, Manchester M3 3BT, on 23rd May 2001, at 10 a.m. A proxy form is available on request which must be lodged with me at Kroll Buchler Phillips Limited, 1 Oxford Court, Bishopsgate, Manchester M2 3WR, no later than 12 noon on the day before the Meeting to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
