Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Gerald Edelman Business Recovery, Suite 2, Kent House, Station Road, Ashford, Kent TN23 1PP, on Tuesday, 29th May 2001, at 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. respectively, for the purposes mentioned in section 106 of the said Act.
