Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 32 High Street, Manchester M4 1QD, on Monday, 21st May 2001, at 11 a.m., to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator and to pass a Resolution as to the release of the Liquidator.
