DIVEMEX LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of Divemex Limited will be held at the Company’s offices at Station Yard, Caersws, Powys SY17 3HH, on Monday, 30th April 2001, at 11 a.m., for the purposes provided for in sections 98, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, during business hours on 26th April 2001 and 27th April 2001 at the offices of BN Jackson Norton, 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA and Dominions House North, Dominions Arcade, Queen Street, Cardiff CF10 2AR. The business of the Meeting will be as prescribed by Rule 4.53 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 which may include a request that Creditors consider a Resolution determining the basis and, if appropriate, rate of the Liquidator’s remuneration.
