Meetings of Creditors

CHROMELINK LTD(t/a The Vine)Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors in the above matter is to be held at “Titchfield Suite”, The Grange Langham Court Hotel, Langham Street, London, on 8th May 2001, at 10.15 a.m., to consider my proposals under section 23(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to consider establishing a Creditors’ Committee. A proxy form should be completed and returned to me at Levy Gee, PO Box 2653, 66 Wigmore Street, London W1A 3RT, by the date of the Meeting if you cannot attend the Meeting and wish to be represented. In order to be entitled to vote at the Meeting you must give to me, not later than 12 noon of the business day before the day fixed for the Meeting, details in writing of your claim. S.
