At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Distington House, 26 Atlas Way, Sheffield S4 7QQ, on 9th April 2001, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That Philip Andrew Revill and John Russell, of 93 Queen Street, Sheffield S1 1WF, Insolvency Practitioners duly qualified under the Insolvency Act 1986, be and are hereby appointed the Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” By Order of the Board.
