Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, on Wednesday, 6th June 2001, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.15 a.m., by a Final Meeting of Creditors for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of and giving an explanation of it, determining whether the Joint Liquidators shall have their release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and that the Liquidators be authorised to draw remuneration of £10,795 in respect of their time spent in dealing with the Liquidation. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, no later than 12 noon on 5th June 2001.
