In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 7648 of 2000 In the Matter of QUALITY ASSURED CONTRACTORS and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up Quality Assured Contractors, a Partnership, whose principal place of business is 20 Thaxted Road, New Eltham, Greater London SE9 3PU, presented on 8th December 2000 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, whose office is situate at Croydon VAT Office, AMP House, Dingwall Road, Croydon, Surrey CR9 3RQ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9th May 2001, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether in support or opposition) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 by 1600 hours on 8th May 2001.
