SEASIDE SUPPLIES LIMITEDNotice is hereby given that a Meeting of the unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company will be held, pursuant to section 48(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, at the offices of Poppleton & Appleby, 141 Great Charles Street, Birmingham B3 3LG, on Friday, 27th April 2001, at 12 noon, for the purpose of receiving the report of the Joint Administrative Receivers and, if thought fit, appointing a Creditors’ Committee. A Creditor will be entitled to vote only if a written statement of claim is submitted to me at Poppleton & Appleby, 141 Great Charles Street, Birmingham B3 3LG, by 12 noon on the last working day prior to the Meeting, and if the claim is admitted for voting purposes. A Creditor may vote either in person or by proxy, and a proxy form is available. A proxy that is intended to be used must be submitted to me before the Meeting. A Creditor whose claim is wholly secured is not entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting.
