At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Begbies Traynor, Tudor Cottages, Footscray High Street, Footscray, Sidcup DA14 5HN, on 10th April 2001, the subjoined Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that David Paul Hudson, of Begbies Traynor, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, and Nedim Ailyan, of Begbies Traynor, Tudor Cottages, Footscray High Street, Footscray, Sidcup DA14 5HN, be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.” W.
