At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on Tuesday, 10th April 2001, the following subjoined Special Resolution was passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian William Kings, of Jennings Johnson, 19 Borough Road, Sunderland SR1 1LA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” H.
