Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at Roman House, 296 Golders Green Road, London NW11 9PT, on 31st May 2001, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.15 a.m. by Final Meetings of Creditors, for the purpose of showing how the windings-up have been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
