Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Arthur Andersen, 1 Surrey Street, London WC2R 2NT, on 21st May 2001, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.30 a.m. by a Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the period ended 12th April 2001; and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at Arthur Andersen, PO Box 55, 1 Surrey Street, London WC2R 2NT, by no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, 18th May 2001. M.
