In the Warwick County Court  No. 130 of 1992 BRIAN EDWARD WILCOCK Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of Brian Edward Wilcock who was made bankrupt by an Order of the Court on 6th October 1992, are required, by 17th May 2001, to send in their full details, including their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts and/or claims to the undersigned, of Arthur Andersen, 1 Surrey Street, London WC2R 2NT, who was appointed the Trustee of Mr. Wilcock’s estate on 30th October 2000, and, if so required by notice in writing by the said Trustee, are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
