In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 2314 of 2001 In the Matter of AROMWAY LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD, presented on 4th April 2001 by Marriott Harrison, of 12 Great James Street, London WC1N 3DR, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 9th May 2001, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
