Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the above-named Companies will be held at Avco House, 6 Albert Road, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN4 9SH, on 24th May 2001, at 10.30 a.m., 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m., for the purpose of having accounts laid before the Members showing the manner in which the windings-up have been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of them. A proxy need not be a Member of the Companies. J.
