Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Rutland House, 44 Masons Hill, Bromley, Kent BR2 9EQ, on 15th May 2001, at 2.30 p.m. and 3 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and to receive any explanations which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. G. C. D.
