Notice is hereby given, pursuant section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held for the purposes of receiving a final account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and the conduct of the winding-up, and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986. These Meetings will be held at the offices of Moore Stephens, Victory House, Admiralty Place, Chatham Martime, Kent ME4 4QU, on Tuesday, 29th May 2001, at 10.10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively. S.
