Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies will be held at 20 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4PP, on 25th May 2001, commencing from 10 a.m., for the purpose of receiving accounts showing the manner in which the winding-up of each of the Companies has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and the hearing of any explanations which may be given by the Liquidator.
