Notice is hereby given, that the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of Puremedium Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Enterprise House, 115 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2HJ, on 31st May 2001, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Liquidators, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be rturned to the offices of Grant Thornton, Enterprise House, 115 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2HJ, by no later than 12 noon, on 30th May 2001. R. Welsby and Andrew M.
