In the Leicester County Court No. 7 of 2001 In the Matter of BELGRAVE & DISTRICT WORKING MENS CLUB & INSTITUTE and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Club of Belgrave & District Working Mens Club & Institute, whose registered office was 21 Checketts Road, Belgrave, Leicester LE4 5ER (and which has now been sold) was presented on 22nd January 2001 by Bissett Kenning & Newiss, of 152 New Bridge Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 2TE, claiming to be a Creditor of the Club, will be heard at Leicester County Court, at 90 Wellington Street, Leicester LE1 6ZZ, on Wednesday, 30th May 2001, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 29th May 2001.
