Forsey, of Haines Watts, 4-8 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4LU, hereby give notice that I was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above Debtor’s estate on 11th January 2000. Unsecured Creditors who have not yet proved their debt must forward their proof of debt form to me, at BKR Haines Watts, 3rd Floor, 70-74 City Road, London EC1Y 2BJ. The last day for proving is 30th April 2001. Please note that I do not intend to advertise for further claims prior to any declaration of Dividend.
