Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final General Meetings of the Company and Creditors of Dallas Limited will be held at Jacksons Corporate Recovery and Insolvency, Norwest Court, Guildhall Street, Preston PR1 3NU, on Monday 18th May 2001, at 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, to receive any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator and to consider the Resolutions detailed below. The Liquidator’s final report and receipts and payments account be approved. The Liquidator obtain his release.
